Back by popular demand! We have consolidated our 7-day Race Administration Boot into a 4-day intensive experience and overlaid it onto our successful World Match Race Tour Academy. Explore the ins, outs, and best practices of Race Administration in this intensive jam-packed 4-day mini bootcamp. Perfect for Regatta/Race Directors, Regatta Chairs, PROs, and Umpires: anyone interested in developing hands-on working knowledge of regattas from creation to successful management.

You will learn the tips and tricks of regatta planning, working with staff and volunteers, obtaining housing solutions, creating unique social events, establishing budgets, safety protocols, managing media and communications and more. We will discuss “tools of the trade” including NoRs, Sis, courses, coordinating on-water assets, marks, flags, and resources from World Sailing and US Sailing.
