High Performance: Foiling Crash Course (Memorial Day)

Join us for a fast-track introduction to foiling! The 3-Day Foiling Crash Course offers a compact, high-energy experience for sailors looking to try foiling, build confidence on the foils, and get a taste of high-performance sailing.

This short program is perfect for sailors new to foiling or those curious about the sport who want a quick, hands-on introduction. Over three days, participants will learn the fundamentals of foiling, including foil setup, takeoff technique, balance and body position, flight control, and basic boat handling.

Sailors can foil single-handed on a WASZP, double-handed on a Nacra 20, or try both, gaining a broad experience in foiling dynamics in a supportive, structured environment. All boats and gear are provided—just show up ready to sail.

Offered on Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, this crash course is the perfect way to get on the foils fast, have fun, and see what foiling is all about—whether you’re exploring a new skill or preparing for more advanced high-performance training.
